BRAVO COMPLIANCE is an FSVP Agent for foreign companies that export human food products to the US to enter the American market system and distribute, sell, and/or expose their goods in America.

BRAVO Compliance is one of the first independent consulting firms to be operative in America in the field of FSMA regulations. Established in May 2017, the same year the Food Safety Modernization Act became federal law, the BRAVO Compliance team has been acting as an “FSVP Agent” and/or “Qualified Individual” for a consistent number of export-import businesses from around 40 foreign countries and of any size and performance level: from big or medium groups to startup companies.

  • Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI/PCHF) Certified by FSPCA;
  • Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) Certified by FSPCA;
  • Good Manufacturing Practices Certified by Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University;
  • S. GENERAL HACCP Certified by NEHA;
  • Food Defense Certified by FSPCA;
  • Better Process Control School (BPCS) Certified;
  • FSMA VQIP TPP Produce Rule Certified by FSPCA;
  • Auditor BRC, IFS, GlobalGap, ISO 9001/22000- 22005 and GRASP-45001,
  • BRC HACCP Certified;
  • Labeling review made by our legal department.

Our Team assist your company in fulfilling the new regulatory requirements, introduced by the FSMA in the US and by the Safe Food for Canadian Regulation in Canada.
