BRAVO COMPLIANCE is an FSVP Agent for foreign companies that export human food products to the US to enter the American market system and distribute, sell, and/or expose their goods in America.

BRAVO Compliance is one of the first independent consulting firms to be operative in America in the field of FSMA regulations. Established in May 2017, the same year the Food Safety Modernization Act became federal law, the BRAVO Compliance team has been acting as an “FSVP Agent” and/or “Qualified Individual” for a consistent number of export-import businesses from around 40 foreign countries and of any size and performance level: from big or medium groups to startup companies. Leonardo Natale is the Director and co-founder of BRAVO COMPLIANCE LLC and in charge of the company’s activities. He is also the expert managing BRAVO COMPLIANCE’s qualified individuals (FSPCA PCQI certified) team.

Mr. Natale, is a consultant qualifying FSPCA for the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) rules to certify Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) and Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) compliance forms with 25 years of experiences in food consulting.

He began as an Italian native exporter of food products into the U.S. and once established and naturalized in America, he founded his own qualified U.S. importer firm to directly market foreign food products in the U.S.. His next professional evolution occurs when he conveyed his 25 years of food consulting experience and the expertise so far developed through his own export-import activity to an U.S. based consulting firm for foreign export-import entrepreneurs.

Since then, Leonardo Natale has been assisting an ever-growing number of Italian and, more in general, European food exporters and US-based food importers of any size and performance capacity, to draft their own customized FSVP plans required by FSMA regulation, so as to be sure that his clients are in full compliance with all the most recent U.S. safety food regulations. During the past years, several firms consulted by Mr. Natale went through FDA compliance inquiries, and all of them passed the check with a 100% compliance result.  See linkedin profile
